Question by kathy_is_a_nurse: What is the typical cost of a commercial lawn service to maintain the grounds of an workplace complicated?
I am trying to justify the price of beginning a corporate vegetable garden onsite for a organization. I would like my argument to include rolling the expense of a lawn service getting paid to preserve the grounds into the expense for starting up/maintaining the garden… which would in fact give a thing back to the business over time.

Any concepts on what a commercial full-care lawn service would charge by the square foot… or how it is calculated?

Hi,
I run a landscaping and lawn mowing firm in New Zealand so it may well be a bit various exactly where you are.
We do not actually have a standard value per square foot, due to the fact every job is a bit distinct i.e rocks that you have to mow about, dips in the ground what sort of gear is needed for the job. So when we do a quote we base it on the approximate time it’ll take to do the work.
But if you wanted to locate out appear by way of the phone book and get a neighborhood contractor to give you a value.
